Minnesota Career Resource Network Activities The Federal Department of Education Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE) operates America's Career Resource Network (ACRN) to improve career and education decision making. It accomplishes this by supporting the development and dissemination of career exploration tools, providing training and support for teachers and counselors in the use of these tools, promoting coordination at the state level for career and education activities, and identifying unmet needs through customer research. ACRN objectives are specified in Section 118 of the Carl D. Perkins Act of 1998. Section 118 grants were awarded to entities in each state. The grant for Minnesota is managed by iSeek Solutions.
